I'm excited! My sister has a fitbit and is sticking to her Sparkpeople plan! Which is good because for the first time since I started losing weight I gained back a little. When she was visiting this last weekend I gained back a good five pounds at least. Sheesh! It's hard to get back into the saddle.

Another plus, my 18 year old daughter is now on Sparkpeople! Wahoodles! She and I are going to try to do this together. So far, she's pretty shocked at how many calories she's been eating. It's been a real eye opener. Poor kiddo. She's also signed up for a six week nutrition class beginning in August. Today she ate Mickey D's including fries, Drumstick ice cream, pasta Alfredo,... Could be worse. Baby steps!

YOU can do this!!! Maybe your daughter will come back. There's so much to do at that age.

Good news and bad. My daughter has already dropped out. But my sister is still on board! I just wish she didn't live 14 hours away... emoticon

Wow! Congratulations on getting your family in on this! Still working on my sisters, but my brother is watching his intake. You give me hope that I might get somewhere with them!
