Okay last night I had my work out late . I did not go to sleep till 1am if not a bit later than that . I was wide awake.
I drank my water but I also had it mixed with C4 , I did the normal 3 scoops yes okay I probably should have done that and I WONT EVER DO THAT AGAIN
I felt like super man and then I could feel the energy slowing down , drank so more of the C4 water and back to super man strength again for almost 2 hours.
Still got some left in the water jug but oh how I will never do that again .
I woke up late like 11ish and I feel hung over , like I went out and partied all night .
So now the business right now .
I did not work out yet but I will as soon as the FED dude/dudette drops off my crock pot trio which I am super excited to get .
Woke up extra hungry , had my shake , lunch time came around and I ended up eating 2 turkey muffins , 2 cups of broccoli and 1 cup brown rice , not bad I guess.
Planned out the rest of my snacks for the day and dinner.
Lesson learned and I need a nap .
4th of July tomorrow and we are going to bbq and I plan on grilling some tri tip steak and veggies.
going to switch up the meals this coming week . steak and veggies and then next week back to meat loaf which i cooked enough to last the month I believe
