What do you mean I gained 3 lbs?? Felt like throwing the scale out the window!!!!

I stepped on the scale and it said I gained 3 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT??????????????????
I've been going in the pool for 3 days in a row not counting today , today makes 4... First day 2 hrs water jogging, second day 90 min water jogging and third day 90 min water jogging and my tummy feels tight , my legs feel a little different (besides a lot of pain) and I was shocked to go on the scale and see I gained 3lbs!!!!!!!!!!
I told my hubby he said don't worry about it , you said you feel like your toning up and it's probably just muscle your making, he said the worst thing you do is go on that scale, but I went on because I just felt amazing in my tummy that's why I went on...
The scale can be sou discouraging, I felt like not even going in the pool today, but I pushed myself and did 90 minutes, I'm proud of myself for going in today cause after going in all week and seeing that weight gain I was very discouraged and ready to throw in the towel, but I know what I've been doing and it will pay off in the long run.

    The scales must all be going crazy. I also got on this morning and it said a 3 pound gain. A friend in London said her scale was up 3 this morning. Crazy, crazy! i'm just going to look the other way and hope the scale gets it's act together soon! emoticon emoticon emoticon

  emoticon on exercising! The scale can be real annoying sometimes. I would go by how you feel and the way your clothes fit. emoticon emoticon

    ALL that water jogging and exercise is turning your fat into muscle and muscle weighs more

BETCHA you can already see a difference in your legs, arms and tummy!

DO NOT DESPAIR my friend - KEEP DOING YOUR EXERCISE and you may need to eat more - spark is yelling at me for exactly THAT! I am burning about 1,000 calories at least 3 to 5 days a week
