Been a couple days!!!

I can't believe I haven't blogged in a couple days... Well, today is Wednesday and my last day was Saturday!!! I actually can believe it but this is usually what gets me in trouble!! Anyway, Sunday was my rest day... except for my 1 mile express walking workout! I got that done!! But then on Monday and Tuesday (I hate being a woman!!) I hurt so bad I couldn't hardly move! I tried but it wasn't going to happen! Tuesday was better BUT I did have orientation from work, so I didn't do my morning workouts, cardio and toning! Today I got back on it! I did over 20 minutes of the cardio and toning. Tonight, I will be doing walking before Church. Tomorrow will probably only be walking as I will have a full workout just working at work. Not use to being on my feet all day and will have to be doing a lot of bending and stretching and walking. But I got this!!!

Sunday, I BLEW my calories away and went over. I miss judged what I ate and went over! :(.... Monday I fought to get enough calories in because of my worry about making the mistake I did on Monday!!! Yesterday, I did pretty good despite being at work and not having an actual lunch. They gave us fresh veggies, banana bread, and soft peanut butter cookies. We also got a bottle of water. It worked!! I ate some snap peas and I admit a slice of banana bread and 1 cookie. Then I did the killer! I had a medium strawberry shake from McDonalds.... I shouldn't have but I managed to NOT go over my limit! I only had 49 calories left before it but still didn't go over!

Tomorrow I am going to wear my pedometer to work to see how much walking I end up doing during the day. Should be interesting. Wish me luck... and you all have a happy and safe 4th, for those in the states!!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
