I used the Big Girl Plates today! This was a big deal for me - I've been working up to this. I remember when YOOVIE got her big plates what a big deal it was for her. And now here I am too. Boy, I miss YOOVIE.
Anyhoo, I know I have a few lifting friends on SP - any suggestions or notes about what I am doing well would be appreciated. I feel like my shoulders are rounding and my butt isn't low enough, but I don't really know how to go about fixing those things - I am actively trying to straighten my back AND lower my butt while doing it.
PS: It's a lot louder on video than it is at the gym. It just picks it up funny. And the other guy that was there while Airin was recording was totally impressed today!
