I'm hungry. I'm doing my best to get good workouts in each day (Sunday is my lazy day). Eating 1500 calories is killer right now. I'm doing 16-1700 this week with all the extra workouts mixed in. Usually at least walking at lunch for 30 minutes, plus weights MWF and 20-25 minutes of aerobics Tues Thurs Sat. That should* make me lose weight, but I'm still lingering. It is way less than I was eating before. Maybe I'm still building muscle-but my inches aren't changing. My shoes fit better- so that's something. I didn't think my feet needed to lose weight...weird. I'll take it. I've had a few junk food items this week, but not like usual, and certainly not nearly the fast food I've eaten in the past. le sigh. It will get better. I just can't believe I plateaued on week 1....
At the very least, I'm getting healthy, right?
Planned for the bbq sat- made sure I'm making a dessert I do not like. I figure that will curb a LOT of calories. I'll make sure there's a good veggie, lean meat, and baked beans for sides. Shouldn't be too much of a calorie bomb.
We aren't bbqing tomorrow. I don't actually know what we are doing tomorrow, other than staying in and enjoying each other's company. I"ll work out. Should be pretty chill.
