carb retention much?

I almost thought I'd gained 2kg - now I know better. Argh what a confusing week!
I'm actually 65.4kgs right now - checked again and the stats match the ones with 38-28-38.
I put it down to carb retention and not drinking enough water, though I had the impression I was.
Anyhow, I'm glad I hadn't put on 2kgs - 1kg I can live with.
I've upped my strength training - ow, what sore muscles I have! But it feels good and I feel great!
I didn't know water retention could add so many inches all over too! Wow!
I'm back to eating normally and exercising. Can say I missed it a lot - feel so much lighter and refreshed living this way.
I didn't think I'd ever say I missed weight loss/maintenance mode, but there you are!
It's addictive once you get into it. I love sparkpeople and I love feeling the way I do after eating something I've put together by being imaginative and creative, rather than ordering in junk food.
