I just read this article and was alarmed. I did at one time eat Splenda all the time until my own kids were warning me about it.

    I don't like splenda. My dad uses it in abundance and I can't prove there is a correlation. He has so many medical issues. He won't listen or at least reduce his use of the sweetener

    I agree with MorticiaAdama, as a researcher, I don't trust studies like this.
With that being said, still I rarely use anything but Stevia.

    Yeah, I try to stick with Stevia - at least it comes from a plant.

    I am trying to get away from all artificial sweeners. My frieds husband said if yo want a coke drink the real thing the diet stuff has too many chemicals

    Thst is scary thank you for husband gets really bad stomache aches if he eats splenda...

Back in AP chemisty in high school, my teacher warned us about all sugar substitutes..he said about 20 years after they come out science realizes they are bad for is best to stick to natural sugar cane...and even better yet, honey....

Thank you for thinking of us all....we want to be healthy but no need to posion our bodies with substitues that can cause disease and complications later in life...
