My wife has agreed to let me 'coach' her workouts and discuss daily meals with her FOR ONE MONTH! I am so excited and proud of her.
She does not yet like ALL the fresh veges and fruit as I do but we are incorporating more veges and fruit toward a balanced meal plan. NOT A DIET.
This helps me PLAN each workout and get her used to muscle toning. This is HUGE. All she ever did was Cardio...that alone never worked before. Now she is also focusing on her Core and muscle groups. Nicole's variety of toning and cardio is such a great help.
And in the end this also motivates and keeps my eye on the prize for my personal Spark plan.
