23 Days and still going strong!

I looked today and I have been back on SP for 23 days again I know this because my current water trophy is for 23 days straight of my water! I feel great and I am losing weight again! It is slow but I am happy with slow weight loss because I am not trying to deprive myself and drop my calories so low that I cannot stay focused or on track. My range is 1600-2000 calories as opposed to 1200-1500 where I would continuously be looking for food to eat because I would be hungry still. The only thing I have yet to do is get my regular exercise routine back. I am working on this! emoticon

    GREAT attitude!!! Slow weight loss is better than no weight loss and no weight loss is better than gaining weight.

    Awesome job. It's not about how long it takes to lose it as long is it's lost.

I'm still trying to increase my water intake. I'm so bad at it!!

    Awesome...remember there is no time limit, it is a lifestyle change, no deadlines, no fixed dates that you have to lose so much by this date, it is forever and I know you can do it!!!
