July Goals

I'm want to start having monthly goals to focus on. I saw another SparkFriend doing this and though it was a great idea.

I'm still doing TurboFire. I haven't kept up on the schedule as suggested with all my moving, fixing up the house, being exhausted etc but I still run 3 times a week and do at least 4 videos a week. I'm hoping for the last month I can really push though and get back on the schedule given.

I feel dehydrated lately. I'm not sure why I've been lazy with water but I can feel it and I think it may be part of why I am so exhausted lately.

I can feel some of my tone going away. I'm within my range, a little below actually for weight and I'm wondering if it's partly a loss of muscle. So I want to stay on my schedule and keep up those minutes

I used to wear my FitBit everyday and with moving and storing things I let it die and then kept forgetting to charge it. I charged it last night and I'm wearing it. Back to supporting my friends on FitBit with our weekly competitions!

Goals for July
1.) 1000 Fitness Minutes
2.) 10 cups of water a day
3.) Follow Turbo Schedule for the last month working out 6 days a week
4.) Hit at least 70,000 steps a week on my FitBit

7/8/13
1) Doing pretty decent on my fitness minutes 209/1000
2) The last two days I haven't done as well on my water but better than June! Tomorrow is a new day and I will get my 10!
3) Schedule is being followed for the most part with a few subs for two of them (Zumba Live 55 minutes was subbed today for Fire 55 EZ)
4) Doing well on my steps, however, I didn't get my tracker charged and on until 7/5/13. Going from there though I am doing well

7/15/13
1.) 349/1000 Not doing so hot as far as 1000 goes, hoping to bump it up this weekto get closer to my goal. Maybe add a nice bike ride or two for some minutes and relaxation.
2.) Not doing well.
3.) I miss days here and there but I'm still following the schedule with minute subs more than half the time. This week is starting well:)
4.) Was doing well...lost my FitBit. Pretty sad about it and will be looking real hard for it at home this week before I spend the money on a new one

7/23/13 Updating a few days late, states as of 7/22/13
Goals for July
1.) 626/1000 not doing the best on this goal but I have 8 more days to get as close as possible
2.) Not doing well at all on this goal. Always a new day
3.) I haven't worked out as consistant the last 4-5 days. I'm exhausted and feeling overwhelmed in many areas. I have a workout date after work though to run and strength train so I'm hoping this will make me feel better in this area and it'll get my minutes up too:)
4.) I lost my FitBit and now I have it back. I've hit around 5,000 two days and up to 7,000 and 8,500 the last two days. I'm so much better than I was when I first got it and naturally:)


7/28/13 Update

Goals for July
1.) 861/1000 I have three days to his 139 minutes. I can do it!
2.) Still not doing well BUT I bought a new bottle today and it helped me drink more so I think I'll start producing more progress in this area.
3.) Yeah not so much but I work out everyday.
4.) I currently have 64,000 in the last 7 days so I'd have only needed 6,000 more to hit my goal.

7/31/13
1.) 979/1000 Fitness Minutes not too shabby!!
2.) 10 cups of water a day~not so much BUT I've hit 8 the last three days after I finally bought a new water bottle so I'm hoping this is the start of more ease with this habit.
3.) Follow Turbo Schedule for the last month working out 6 days a week~I didn't follow it to a T but I did work out consistently throughout July
4.) Hit at least 70,000 steps a week on my FitBit~ I didn't track my weekly progress each week as I should have but I was always in the 60,000+ range so that's good:)

I could have done better, I could have done worse. I feel lik eI'm not as toned as I was but I'm also not as skinny as I was getting so hopefully I have found a better range of working out that'll work for me. I had too many people saying I looked too thin and I haven't had that in the last few weeks.

I decided to try the Brazil Butt Lift, TurboFire and Chalene Extreme hybrid schedule I found on Sorey Fitness. She wants you to work out twice a day though and I'm not a fan of that everyday so I think I'll end up tweeking it a bit.

August goals to come!
