I got on the scale today and saw a nice number. I will weigh in again on Saturday and count that as the official weighin. Of course, I ordered a new scale yesterday and today my scale weighed me the same several times in a row. emoticon

Goals for today:

emoticon Complete at least 3 strength exercises- Not going to happen. Too high of a pain level today.

emoticon Wii time for at least 15 minutes-Nope

emoticon At least 5 servings of freggies emoticon

emoticon 128oz of water and tea-48oz water

emoticon Complete 2 reports- emoticon

emoticon Earn at least 15 points for the Joyful July challenge- emoticon
