I have been in self-sabotage the last 2 weeks. I am eating all the wrong foods. I am not getting much fitness during the week. I do get a lot of fitness on weekends. I need to put a stop to this. I am just not sure how I am going to do this. I know the underlying I am not worth it issues. And I know what to eat. I know what fitness to do. I will figure it out and I hope very soon!
