Do You ever Self-sabotage or Self-destruct????

Wednesday, July 03, 2013

I have been in self-sabotage the last 2 weeks. I am eating all the wrong foods. I am not getting much fitness during the week. I do get a lot of fitness on weekends. I need to put a stop to this. I am just not sure how I am going to do this. I know the underlying I am not worth it issues. And I know what to eat. I know what fitness to do. I will figure it out and I hope very soon!
Thanks for listening!
Today is My Friday! The Gunroom will be open on the 4th and Friday and Saturday, but since I do not actually work for the Gunroom I am off! WooHoo Me!! Love Y'all!! ((HUGS))

I can relate on the self defeating behaviors and feelings of worthlessness. If I didn't have these issues I don't think I would have ever had a weight issue!

Even if it is you who knocks yourself down you have to get up and keep going in the right direction. Getting back on track is just making the next right decision and going from there!!!

We all have those times when it just seems like nothing is getting done. But remember why you're doing this in the first place and remember that you can't fail as long as you stay aware! You'll do just fine, anything you do, no matter how small counts towards a healthy journey! It never has to be "all or nothing"!

Enjoy your days off! I usually try to stop a sabotage by writing down why I need to stop it and why I WANT to stop it. Then make a list of HOW I'm going to stop it. Good luck on getting back on track. I know you can do it.

You ARE worth it! But I can relate; there are times when my inner critic gets me thinking that way too. It's easier said than done turning that voice off, especially when it seems to drown out the positive things that other people tell us about ourselves. emoticon

I have done this too many times to count.. and the only way to get out of the funk is to just do what you know to do.. Go for that walk .. drink your water and just start doing it again..

One step at a time my dear.. one healthy choice at a time RIGHT NOW !! yesterday is over gone.. so is one hour ago.. I have only right now.. so Take control back right now..

Ok, so I know you know what the problem is and I wish I could help you fix it, but you have to do that yourself, which I also know you know. So, let me just say this.......YOU ARE WORTH IT!!!!!!! This I know even if, on some level, you don't. You are a busy, kind hearted, blessed and loved lady! You are worth only the very BEST life has to offer!!! Now, you get yourself picked up and dusted off , take a deep breath and get back to it in earnest!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon I'm here for you if you need me!! Or even if you don't so much! Let's get back into the swing of it, my friend!! (((HUGS)))
