Day 5 of Focus T25

Today was day 5 of Focus T25 which means it's a double workout day on the schedule. I managed to do both workouts back to back, but I barely made it through the 2nd one.

The first workouts was Lower Focus and Shaun T absolutely kills your lower legs, meaning thighs, glutes, and your calves! The 2nd workout, Cardio, also uses your legs so needless to say my legs are shaky and I know they will be sore tomorrow!

I have to say, it's only been 1 week since I started this program but I already feel SO much better! Tomorrow is my stat taking day so I'll see if I have made any progress weight and measurement wise.

Now I'm gonna down some vanilla shakeology (sooo goood) and go on about my day! Hope everyone has a fantastic Wed!
