I did it!

Today was the last day of week six of c25k. warm up walk for 5 min and then run 22min. I set the timer as I began to run and then put the iPod in my pocket. I just focused on a steady pace. Just whenn I thought I couldn't continue, I was red faced and puffing hard, I pulled the iPod out and discovered I only has 43 seconds left of the 22min! I finished up those 43 seconds, walked for 5min to cool down and was done. It felt so much better than last time. I even tried to keep track of how far I was running (counting the number of times I circled the park). I think I went nearly two miles. So my speed, although slow, wasn't terrible.Yay!!!
