Recently I've been trying 2 get back into tracking my food & workouts; but it's been very hard.
4 my workouts, I was doing UFC Ultimate Trainer then my knee started 2 act up.
Then I tried doing the kinect dancing games, but still no change w/my knee. I stopped exercising all 2gether right now.
I want 2 do Zumba Core & Rush, but don't know if my knee will act up again. I also gained back about 20 lbs that I lost, so I'm really bummed.
I hope soon I can get back 2 what I love & lose the rest of the weight .
