So hard 2 stay focused!

Recently I've been trying 2 get back into tracking my food & workouts; but it's been very hard. emoticon 4 my workouts, I was doing UFC Ultimate Trainer then my knee started 2 act up.
Then I tried doing the kinect dancing games, but still no change w/my knee. I stopped exercising all 2gether right now.
I want 2 do Zumba Core & Rush, but don't know if my knee will act up again. I also gained back about 20 lbs that I lost, so I'm really bummed.
I hope soon I can get back 2 what I love & lose the rest of the weight .

    It sounds like you are a lot more advanced than I am, but I would suggest you take a look at the Chair Exercise Team. They have a ton of great workouts which you can do seated that won't put any burden on your knee. Feel better soon!

    Do you have access to a pool? That should be safe for your knee.

    Take your time to heal properly. I would say eat as healthy as you possibly can and walk a little but don't make it worse for yourself.

    Sorry about your knee. Is it possible for you to exercise in a swimming pool a couple of days a week? It is easier on the knee but still a great workout. Best of luck to you. I know it's hard, especially when your options seem to be limited, but I believe you can do it. Just don't give up!

    I too have problems and about the only exercise I can do is walk I still work out with my weights for the upper half. so not all is lost. And trust me my right knee without the inflammatory salve and Tylenol Arthritis to keep the inflammation down I'm totally jiggered But there are things you can still do Work it out girl emoticon emoticon
