Diving into July

I have been loving my swim routine. So relaxing after SWEAT. I really hope I can keep up with this during the school year. I know things will get tricky with the schedule in the winter time with school. The high school team practices at the pool and it is off limits to the public. So I will have to figure out what time if I can go at all:) For now living it up!!

Spin 13 miles...lots of sprints and hills just the way I like it:) Super sweaty mess before I even went to SWEAT.
front squats
pulsing squats
jumping lunges
TRX single leg burpee
prisoner lunges
box jumps
Swim .5 mile
So much fun!

For July Monday- Saturday:
*Spin, step, or row before SWEAT
*Swim or run after SWEAT
*Sundays will be a mix of light cardio and practicing some exercises I know I need help with. Got my assisted pull up down to 60 pounds:)

1292.78 miles for the year!
