Summer is here

Well, summer is here, and the kids are home with me full time. My respirologist told me I must lose 20 pounds by October, and so far I have lost nothing. I need to refocus myself in order to be healthy both physically and emotionally this summer, because in the past I skid into September an emotional and physical wreck. My plan is to blog my daily goals again. Day 1 is today.

Wednesday goals

Walk 20 minutes
Eat 8-10 freggies
Drink 8 cups of water
Plan my meals for the week
