Middle of the week blahs

I feel just a little tired this morning, which makes me just a little less cheerful. However, as I am working here on my Spark site, I realize how fortunate I am for so many, many things.
Once the sun shines again it will improve my mood so much more. Isn't it amazing what sunshine can do for one's mood? Last evening, as my husband and I were coming home from our walk, the clouds were spectacular. Talk about a silver lining - the fringe of each cloud at the top was "silver" and sunbeams shooting up behind them. Beautiful.
See, I just needed to remind myself of the blessings and I already feel better!

    I found drinking a glass of water first thing when you get up makes me feel a bit less blah. I have only started doing this the past week or so, but I seen this technique on the Dr Oz show. It is suppose to speed up your metabolism as week. I haven't felt that, but I noticed I don't feel as blah in the morning, it wakes me up a little quicker and I seem to have a bit more energy throughout the day. Try it. You get really don't have anything to lose. And you will get 8oz + of water in at the start of the day too.
