is currently midnight, so its actually wed. I didnt want to workout at all today so I did a great job of avoiding it .
I did meal prep again for meatloaf and did a bit of shopping at costco with my mother also managed to do laundry. Still avoided workout .
Feeling guilty and thinking of my friend , I was able to get my work out done at 10ish and finish 1hr and 30 mins later. Had my last meal ,which was a visalus shake and yet here I am wide awake ,great !
Theres this think called sleep that you need to get so you can lose weight too . Yeah i know...
Wed is my day off so I will catch up on sleep . No more working out at night .
I need to create a schedule for my workouts . seriously . This cant be happening .
At least I got my workout in right thats the main thing .
