Late Night

is currently midnight, so its actually wed. I didnt want to workout at all today so I did a great job of avoiding it .
I did meal prep again for meatloaf and did a bit of shopping at costco with my mother also managed to do laundry. Still avoided workout .

Feeling guilty and thinking of my friend , I was able to get my work out done at 10ish and finish 1hr and 30 mins later. Had my last meal ,which was a visalus shake and yet here I am wide awake ,great !

Theres this think called sleep that you need to get so you can lose weight too . Yeah i know...

Wed is my day off so I will catch up on sleep . No more working out at night .
I need to create a schedule for my workouts . seriously . This cant be happening .

At least I got my workout in right thats the main thing .

    I play in a rec. dodgeball league, and sometimes we have games at 9:30pm, ending at 10:30pm. On these nights, after running and working my body so much, I'm wired and have a heck of a time falling asleep. My limited understanding is that our bodies have routines, and our sleep cycle starts to kick in long before we go to sleep - slowing our metabolism, and getting us ready for sleep. So when we endure physical activity while our cycle is getting ready for sleep, it re-starts our regular activity cycle, and thus makes it more difficult to fall asleep at the hour which we're accustomed.

Mad props for getting it done though, it would have been easy to just forget about it. Another victory for sheer determination! :-D
