I know I shouldn't weigh myself every day

And I wish I could stop myself! I lost a pound on Monday and although it was less than I normally lose, I kept happy because it was a loss.

Sadly the last two days, I've put a pound ON each day. I can do without this, and don't see why because I've done nothing different, I'm eating the same as normal and my carbs have been under 30 for both days.

All I can do is to try and NOT weigh myself until saturday and hope that things have turned around

I'm not going to give up. I can't afford to go back.
