Tracking has been the key to staying on track!

I just wanted to encourage everyone to track, track, and track! Nothing keeps you on the path to success more than seeing where your at each day. I know it's tedious and a down right pain but its been the key to my personal weight loss. I really like the spark people app for IOS it's let's u scan barcodes and puts them directly into your tracker!

Tracking all my nutrition and water and in the Tracker and using a digital kitchen scale and measuring spoons to portion control all the fuel (food) I consume has been key to my success.
