Day 106 Check In...

Weight - 180 - finally back down to my low weight again (again!)

Exercise - 1 hour tennis - Kettlebell WorX Resistance dvd - 2 hour line dancing

Well, today was definitely a great day of fitness for me! I was finally acclimated to the altitude, the weather was gorgeous, and I was ready to move!

We finally got the racquets out and hit the tennis courts today! We only made it for about an hour, though, because the cotton wood trees were in bloom and blowing cotton all over the place! We felt like we were playing in a snowstorm! We also kept accidentally inhaling it and I was thinking that probably wasn't a good thing, so we took some pictures and headed home!

I wasn't ready for this shot, but I wanted to show you the beautiful back drop of the rocks behind us! This is me, Itty Bitty, and DS. (oops! Don't know why this is sideways!)

After we left the courts, we decided to go ahead and do our kettlebell workout! After that, I was wiped out and took a nap!

Tonight was line dancing at the Community House! It was so much fun! There were over 300 people there, mostly families! Lots of family reunions in for the 4th of July! I'll have to take some pictures for you later in the week.

Overall, I got in over 3 1/2 hours of fitness minutes today, and it was all fun!

Tomorrow, we are planning a trip to Taos to do some shopping. It is about an hour away from here and is always a fun place to visit!
