So today I worked out at the gym. I went to zumba class and I have to say once you have back issues they are hard to get through. I was completely stiff during class whereas usually I am really moving in zumba. Also, I'm more tired than usual..hmm..not a good thing.
Anyway, after I got home, I watched parts of an episode of Extreme weight loss tv episode..something one of the people on the show who was trying to lose weight really struck a chord. He said he had to embrace health and the process in order to get to the point where he was achieving his goals.
I haven't thought about embracing the process as a necessity but it is definitely a necessity and I suppose if you embrace it, it becomes enjoyable as well..so finding healthy foods that make us happy and workouts that we look forward to and outside activities that are just pure fun..something to think about.
