day 10 of 30 day challenge

Went to gym today. Did body combat. it was better than Saturday. After the class did stairs for 10 minutes pushed as much as I could on level 6. I felt like I got a good workout today. I tried on my swim top from the picture I took last year on vacation and it looks a lot better. I will take a picture next month to see how much different it looks. I am excited because I know that I am not cheating myself I am pushing myself and doing what my body deserves. I feel better!! I can see some changes. I know they are not big changes but some change is better than none. Especially when I know I am doing everything right. I know I use to beat myself up when I didn't see changes but it was because I was not being 100%. So I am glad I am doing this and the right way. emoticon emoticon
