What is a mother to do....can't break the plateau

Need suggestions. I have tried all of the suggestions: exercise more, increase your heart rate and maintain it during exercise, interval training,high end of calories and low end of calories. Now what?

    No diet sodas. Water drinker. Salt intake okay sleep good. Stress a little high but manageable. Probably need to kick up water intake. Will try for the next week. Have not done that consistently. Thank you!

    How is your water intake? Your sleep? Do you drink much diet soda? How is your salt intake? Last week I got on the scale and FLIPPED out after I gained almost 6 lbs, this week I lost 7.2...I gave up diet soda and almost all salt. I FINALLY broke my plateau too!
