4th of July Plan

First of all, I reserve the right to change the plan, especially if you all make some great suggestions/

Mom and sister are coming for lunch. They have requested grilled steak sliced thin in wheat rolls.

Besides that, I am fixing my regular food for ETL. So here's the day's menu:

Breakfast: Fresh Fruit smoothie with Raw Nuts or Seeds

Lunch: Company meal

(grilled steak, whole wheat bread ,)
Black Bean Mango Salad
Golden Austrian Cauliflower Cream Soup
Marinated Bok Choy, beet, blueberry salad
Dessert: grilled pineapple,

Dinner
Spaghetti Squash Primavera
leftover salad and/or fruit from lunch

Interesting that I'm Week 2 of Exercise 6: at least 2 weeks Reduce consumption of aimal products (meat, eggs, dairy products) to no more than one serving every other day. Eventually, reduce the size of the servings so that it is not more than a few ounces to flavor a stew, soup, or dish. Instead of being the star of the meal, it is more like the garnish.

I had eggs once last week. I'm serving steak and not planning to eat any of it this week. I could get some chicken, but I'm not desiring it.
