Today was pretty good. I felt a bit weird emotionally but didn't let that affect my eating. I didn't want to exercise today, but I managed to get off my butt and do it anyway, and I feel a lot better.

    Great job, all you have to do is keep moving even when you don't want to do so.
    I usually feel better after I have exercised.
