Hey y'all

No run today. Still got in 13000 steps and 20 stairs

30 day arm
Push ups-20
Dips-30
Bicep curls-55
Punches-40 seconds

30 day abs
Sit ups-45
Crunches-30
Leg raises-30
Planks-1 minute

Wife is trying to do this also so I did curls and push-ups with her also

That's it. Y'all have a good evenin
