My me-time plan for the week is BellyFit every morning this week. Just the cardio portion.......this is before work. Afternoon, I've been doing 45 minutes of Leslie followed by barre or weights.
I'm wondering if I should try a 30 day barre and yoga rotation. I'm considering it for sure. If I do that rotation, it would be cardio in the AM and barre and yoga in the evening. I'm thinking this could be okay. This may be my August rotation. I could use Barre3 and Sara Ivanhoe's 20 minute Yoga Makeover series.
I will have to come up with something for September. Maybe back to the rotation I'm doing now. Then October back to Get Ripped. We shall see.
Well, off to bed, last day in the office is tomorrow
