It seems every day I get to the end of the day and have not eaten enough carbs. I still need 71 for the day and have between 272 and 622 calories left. I need a list of some high carb foods to finish up my day.
As much exercise as I did today I really need to eat the calories. I know if I do not that my body will go into the starvation mode and will keep me from loosing weight. Balance with eating is still a big challenge.
