My meals wound up being:

Micro Apple/blackberries/cherries/wa
lnut (romaine and spring mix) salad (no dressing, no vinegar very tasty) a real whole foods breakfast

Leftover Sunday Scramble with tomato Salsa (tofu & kale, mushrooms, etc.
Lundberg brown rice cake

Bok Choy salad with beets and leftover Avocado/Orange sauce
First Soup
Blueberry Banana Cobbler
Best of the day: Blueberry Banana Cobbler
2nd best: Bok Choy/beet salad with leftover Avocado Orange sauce

Hardest: making myself slow down and chew my breakfast

Most challenging: planning July 4th lunch for company
3 salads, 10 oz greens other raw veg 3 fruit 4 cooked veg 3
Nuts 1 ounce Beans 1.5 grain/starch 1

Fitness: 45 minutes at the pool. Still trying to get my walk in but storms might force me to use a DVD instead.

Tomorrow's Plan
micro salad: flaxseed, romaine, spring mix, apples, carrots
Sprouted grain English muffin with peanut butter

Leftover bokchoy beet salad marinated with raspberry blush vinegar with pear and sesame ginger sauce
Second Soup

Romaine boats with Sunday Raw Veg Bowl
Chocolate Monster Dip
Blue Brussels Sprouts (with beans)
Banana Berry Cobbler
