July 2- Ouch!

So this morning, I woke up in all kinds of sore! My quads and hamstrings are aching every time I take a step- even worse going up or down stairs!

I still made sure I went out and walked at the gym and managed to stretch really well! I needed that, the movement definitely helped. I then worked here and there at home, but could not manage to keep going. I rested more than I anticipated, but hopefully this evening of rest will help me get to tomorrow's training session!

Tomorrow, besides my very early morning training session I also have summer school in-service day! Hoping that it goes smoothly so I can then enjoy the last "4 days" of vacation. Fortunately, summer school is a half day- so I can still get more accomplished than I do during the school year!

    I love that soreness that shows me how hard my body is working! Enjoy your last few days of vacation and yay for the half days of summer school.
