I am 27 and now a college student, and working mother. I have been "starting" this weight lose journey for the last 10 yrs. I always give it a great start...for two weeks... then I get on the scale and discover I have either lost nothing to barely nothing or in some awful cases have actually gained weight...so this time...NO SCALES!!! until I go to the Dr. which is once a month until my blood sugars are under control. So I will exercise.I paid for a yr. at a gym that I have 6 months left on..I've gone 4 times. I have 6 solid months to give it my all! I will not let my self get upset by anything the scale tells me..those are just numbers...the real truth will be when I can walk up a flight of stairs without feeling like my heart is going to beat out of my chest...or when those pants that are just a little snug actually fit...or when I no longer have that annoying fat chin...it's the first thing to go when I lose weight...it's not a total double chin, but it still bothers me. So my first goal...no chin fat!
