Woo. Just finished Day 2 of Insanity!! :) It was good, though I do feel like I should do some more cardio somehow. Too bad my parents are already at the YMCA without me...guess I'll have to wait until tomorrow!
Anyhow, now that I'm home I thought I'd post my Fit Test numbers from yesterday.
Fit Test #1, 7-1-2013:
SWITCH KICKS: 86 (previously 76)
POWER JACKS: 36 (prev. 31)
POWER KNEES: 79 (prev. 76)
POWER JUMPS: 25 (prev. 18)
GLOBE JUMPS: 9 (prev. 8)
SUICIDE JUMPS: 17 (prev. 16)
PUSH-UP JACKS: 10 real, 8 w/ knees (prev. 10 real, 4 w/ knees)
LOW PLANK OLBIQUE: 27 pair (prev. 20 pair)
Started losing a little gas when I hit the globe jumps, ha. It's tough! But I'm pleased these numbers improved, even if it wasn't due to me sticking to the Insanity program.
Anyhow...off too eat some dinner, shower, and prepare for tomorrow!
