water jogging day 3

Happy to report that today I was water jogging for 90 minutes and I'm really proud of that, boy do I feel a difference in the 3 days of water jogging. My tummy feels tighter and boy I feel it in my legs!
I have had a appetite though because I'm burning so many calories so I'm making sure I hit the fruits to satisfy my larger appetite. The sun came out as I was in the pool which made me feel happier it's been so gloomy here, it had rained briefly before the sun peeked it's head out.
I'm proud of myself for day 3 of water jogging I'm actually enjoying exercising and it's less painful, pain level has been at a level 7 which isn't as bad as it sounds I can tolerate that it's when it's over 10 I'm ready to jump the bridge.....

    I water jog and swim at least 30 minutes a day and a =good day here is when there are two swim suits on the line!! It makes a BIG BIG difference even my husband who was mowing the lawn as I approached the pool said YOU can see a difference in your stomach! NOW that is all worth it!!

I have nerve damage in my legs from previous surgery so sometimes at night the nerve endings bother me but I would rather enjoy ALL that swimming and water and fun and cardio than not
