For the month of June, I give myself a C-.

I have so much going on and I have not worked-out or logged my work-outs (or food intake) the way that I should. My eating was probably mostly within range but I didn't eat as many vegetables as I liked and my Vitamin D intake was pitiful.

I know that I didn't go completely off-course because I was still eating healthy foods and working hard not to over-indulge. I also saw the number on the scale go down.

For July, I'm hoping to work on managing stress and to stay focused on healthy habits. Hopefully I can knock out some of the stressors in my life because they are definitely making my life difficult.

Sooo....C- for June, possibly just a regular C.

    I don't think you're giving yourself enough credit. I know that it's hard to start back into the swing of things, yet you have done it. That deserves a big emoticon !

    Life is a struggle when it comes to losing weight. We see things in front of us that are on tv, grocery stores, cupons in newspapers, and our mind wants them. We have to focus on our mind with the word no, so that when something we like is within hands reach, we can say no and walk away.
