For the month of June, I give myself a C-.
I have so much going on and I have not worked-out or logged my work-outs (or food intake) the way that I should. My eating was probably mostly within range but I didn't eat as many vegetables as I liked and my Vitamin D intake was pitiful.
I know that I didn't go completely off-course because I was still eating healthy foods and working hard not to over-indulge. I also saw the number on the scale go down.
For July, I'm hoping to work on managing stress and to stay focused on healthy habits. Hopefully I can knock out some of the stressors in my life because they are definitely making my life difficult.
Sooo....C- for June, possibly just a regular C.
