Day 2, Week 4 - Bootcamp Challenge

I overdid on Sunday and am still sore in unexected places. I took Monday off from the videos to recoup. Certainly better today - did the video and morning walk. I think I'll do another challenge of some sort after this.

I've not lost much weight, but I have lost inches. I'm just going to keep on keeping on and I know I will get to my goals.
