I made this fabulous recipe yesterday. Technically 2 as I made the taco seasoning too.

Taco Soup
what you need
1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
2 cans (19 fl oz/540 mL each) black beans, rinsed
1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) tomato sauce
1 cup frozen corn
3.5 TBSP homemade taco seasoning
2 cups water
1/4 cup salsa
1 cup light cheese

make it

BROWN meat with garlic powder in large saucepan.

STIR in all remaining ingredients except cheese. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.

SERVE topped with cheese and a sprinkle of cilantro

Homemade Taco Seasoning

2 Tbsp chili powder
3/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin seeds
sprinkle of salt and pepper to taste

1. In small bowl, mix all ingredients and store in airtight container. (Or you can mix it together in the container you are going to store it in–just give it a shake!)
2. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of this mixture plus 1/2 to 3/4 cup of water to one pound of cooked meat (of your choice). Simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently until there is very little liquid left in the pan.
