Looking back over the last month, I'm not too pleased with my ability to carry out my goals.
For my exercise, I did not walk everyday, missing 5 consecutive days, one time. My S.T. was erratic and spotty at best.
However, for my nutrition, I did try to log my food and stay within my range most days out of the weeks, drank at least 6+ cups of water daily, and ate a good amount of freggies everyday!!!
For my weigh-ins, I lost 9 lbs over the month and I am so happy with that. I can thank my South Beach Diet for that one!!! And I also want to thank all my spark friends who motivated me on and my teams who kept after me with encouragements, challenges and games!!!
Now for my July goals: I will be keeping it simple, with a few minor changes from My June Goals.
July 2013 GOALS:
a.) Walk 30+minutes daily
b.) Strength Train; 3 days a week for 10 minutes a session.
c.) Complete 1000 fitness minutes for the month.
a.) Track all meals and snacks 3-4 days a week.
b.) Stay within my calorie range.
c.) Once a week, plan weekly menu.
d.) Drink 9-12 cups of water daily.
e.) Eat 5+ Freggies daily
a.) Weigh once a week.
b.) Loose 2+ lbs a week for a total loss of 8-10 lbs for the month.
a.) Stay connected with my Spark Friends and Spark Teams through status updates, spark pages, and team chat threads.
5: My Rest:
a.) Be in bed by Midnight. to get a minimum of 7 hrs sleep nightly.
10 points that will keep me focused and on target with my goals this month.
1. Track Your Food.
2. Make Fitness a Priority.
3. Treat Your Workouts Like an Appointment.
4. Get Support. (that's where Sparkers come in!!!)
5. Catch Your Zzzzzz's. (I got to work on this one)
6. Keep an Emergency Snack on Hand. (like fresh veggies)
7. Manage Stress.
8. Drink Your Water, Water, Water!!!
9. Keep Your Eye on the Prize.
10. Use Spark People and it's trackers and sparkfriends!!!! Yeah!!!
