I'VE GOT THE BLAHS 7/2/13

emoticon Today it's chilly and gray in Michigan. I don't want to be outside.

I should clean house. I really don't feel like it. emoticon

My youngest grandchild just left to spend the 4th. of July with a friend. Now the house seems really quiet and I feel like I am at loose ends. Hubby is taking a nap.

emoticon I could call my friend but we would probably end up somewhere eating a snack or dessert!

I could read my book but that doesn't help me get in my 10,000 steps today.

BLAH, BLAH, BLAH!

I sure have a lot of excuses today! I know I need an attitude adjustment! emoticon

I guess we all make excuses at times but I am responsible for my feelings and behavior so I will just have to get myself back on track or be prepared to own up to the consequences.

    emoticon Hang in there we all get days like this I'm having same too at the moment just had visit from my bro in Holland had busy week with him now hes gone home at a loose end even though had 2 days away with Ian sun and mon weather not to great here slept most of yesterday got ians hosp app today and a load of chores to catch up on weather is cold and wet here too so I;'m struggling a bit too emoticon You are not alone xxx

    This probably won't help you much, but I sure WISH IT WAS CHILLY AND GREY here so I could go outside! Think of me sweating buckets here on the couch. LOL! Why don't you go to Walmart? emoticon emoticon
