I woke up to make a veggie omelet and got in the cooking mood. I cleaned stuff out of fridge that got pushed to the back and put out in garbage. Then I made a spinach salad, a greek salad, a tomato/cuke/onion salad and a pot of homemade soup. Then I made those cauliflower tortillas and some tuna and an apple for lunch.
Then Buddy and I did get out for our walk again.. I'm not up to doing 3 laps around the reservoir yet, but I just had the brainwave that I could probably do 2 laps around the small oval next to it. Also, this is working out very well that I hook Buddy onto my belt, and then I take 2 water bottles with me. As I walk along the service road, I do arm exercises with the 1 lb. weights, bicep curls, make a T by raising both arms to shoulder height, and tricep things... The pain in my arms has reduced and I can feel biceps re-appearing, and by using the 1 lb. bottles, I am not risking another bout of bursitis.
Well, fish or chicken breasts for supper? Hmmmm? let's see what I'm in the mood for...
