Well it's been about two if not 2.5 months since I've been to the gym. I was going regularly, 3 times a week for at least strength training, then missed a week because my work schedule went crazy. That week turned into two and so on and so on. However, last night I came home from work. I ate my subway sandwich and watched some Glee. I went to bed about 8pm, and woke up at 3am this morning and went to the gym before work. My husband and I did a few ab crunches, tossed the medicine ball and then did some vertical rows and that was about it. We then went to the pool for 30 minutes and walked laps. It was a great way to start the day and was awesome knowing how much I had already gotten done and my day hadn't really even started yet. We are going to start making this a Tuesday routine every week. Plus it was nice that the gym was empty as well.
Afterwards, we did go to Jack in the Box but I have learned as long as I watch my calories every day, i can be a little more "crazy" with the food I eat. Today has been a lot of going out to eat but it's been crazy at work as well. Tonight is Cheese Enchiladas that I found on sparkrecipes.com. We've had them before and they are very yummy.
