Day 1 Clean Eating

It's been a while since I blogged, lost some lbs since the last blog!! I have a little more that 2 months left until my wedding/honeymoon and I have been working towards a clean eating life style. Today is day one of making it an every day occurrence.
My day consists of rolled oats for breakfast, cottage cheese, fresh cantaloupe, fresh carrots, roasted pork, yogurt, and almonds. Getting in 2, 15 minute walks while I am at work tonight then coming home to 45 minutes of cardio Pilates.
The countdown to our wedding begins!!
