I am soooooooo pumped, I made my goal of 1000 minutes for June, actually 1002!!!
Whenever I reach a goal, I do a little dance, my hubby calls it the booty dance, just something fun.
My next goal is to continue my 1000 minutes a month, and this month I want to really focus on my nutrition. I have been gaining and losing the same 4-6 pounds, for the past 2 months mainly because I derail on the weekends. SO I am committing to staying focused everyday this month, and I already have 1 day down=)
I have planned out my 4th as well, so I will stay on top of things then, too.
In other news, my hubby and I have decided to do a 5k, We are doing the Color ME Rad 5k 8/24 in the Quad Cities. My hubby does not exercise, he is thin, just never moves. So he decided to do this, and I of course jumped on board. He started his C25K training last week, and I am starting mine today. SO excited to do this with him, we are even making a date weekend out of it!!!!
I am also excited to see the changes my body will make. I am a little apprehensive, because of the fibromyalgia, but I know my body well enough to know if it hurts, to just stop.
