My schedule and just summer in general has been EXHAUSTING and soooo stressful with my kidz, especially as my hubby doesn't sleep at night and sleeps during the day but thats another story I geuss.
I got soooooo sick and tired yesterday of being over stressed and sooo exhausted all the time so I took a better look at whats been going on.
1. I've been going to sleep at 12am to 2 or 3 am. and taking 3 to 4 hour naps in the evening.
2. I haven't been having 4 consistent meals a day like I should leaving me with lots of nausea.
3. I haven't been able to make sure that kidz have nap/quiet time so I can have some down time. Of which my hubby HAS to help me but rarely does help me with this. sigh.
So . . . . I took some melatonin last night. Fell asleep shorting after 11pm and woke up right before 6 am and felt sooooo much better.
I forced myself to eat a small breakfast even though I didn't want to and forego my morning workouts because its just too long before eating for me.
and so now, I'm gonna try and do my morning exercises an hour to an hour and half AFTER breakfast and see how it goes. and take it super easy on the exercise with this new program to see if I heal and handle my stress levels better.
