I am doing GREAT with my numbers today but I am still hungry. I am very much in vacation mode still and my belly wants to eat all hours, while I am trying to get back into my routine.....challenging, so hard, I feel I need to go to bed so not to think of food.
I will succeed...write it, pray about it, keep on track...I will succeed!

    You can do it! Stay strong! Eat lots of filling fruits and veggies, drink tea, and drink water! Don't deprive your belly of food :) but you don't have to consume a large amount of calories in order to do so! emoticon
