Well, I did it. I didn't know if I could.

Actually, I guess I did two things. I avoided the munchies last night. Since I couldn't shake them, I made a smoothie - almond milk, frozen mixed berries, and greens powder. Very healthy, mid range in calories. It didn't completely kill the munchies, but I knew I didn't need any more than that so I didn't eat more.

And I got up and ran this morning. I was surprised at how easy it was to get my shoes on and go. I struggled with my run, but I'm always struggling with them right now. I can't even imagine a run that I can finish completely and think it was easy. lol

So my day is off to a great start. I need to see the chiropractor this morning - my hips are aching. I knew it as soon as I started running. I am glad I was able to run mostly pain free, but I can't bend over even to touch my toes right now. There's a constant ache. I'm hoping an adjustment will help right away. If not, I'll be back for another tomorrow.

I'm at work all day now. Until 7pm. I remembered to pack a salad for lunch, and I'm supposed to be making supper with one of my families today. I sure hope they got the supplies I requested. if not, I might have to take one of the girls on a grocery store run today. lol.

I might not have time to log on again today. The plan is to go for a bike ride with hubby again tonight. So after work, long drive home, then bike ride. It's not looking like I'll have any time later. No biggie. I'll be back online tomorrow after my run in the morning to upload my data.
