Day 2 - New is scary

I didn't make it to the gym as planned. It was so hot at home that I just vegged out. Not good. But I did manage to track my food and my steps. Baby steps, baby steps. I have to learn to be a turtle. emoticon Slow and consistant. I can do this. It is just going to take some "un-learning" of comfortable old habits and learning new better habits. emoticon Scary!

    If we all could be slow and steady. here's the food i tracked yesterday: tai pei shrimp and rice (ok), then 3 michelobes, 1 1/2 cans pringles and 2 pints of ice cream. ooops, I didn't do good!! Over 4700 cals for day.
