Finally ready

It has taken me a long time to get my focus back. I am going to do my best to be consistent this time around. My biggest problem is stress and emotional eating. I plan to blog or workout instead of eat when life tries to get in the way of my success! I am very excited to use this tool and meet other people focused on better health as well. I am a home day care care owner and the mother of two young children, ages 5 and 6, and I must be my best healthwise to do my best for those I am responsible for. Even more importantly I want to feel better than I do right now.

    emoticon I can totally relate. It's so easy to use eating as a stress reliever. I'm also a home daycare owner with 4 kids. To help with stress, I have the kids exercise with me, emoticon
